Who we are

The Bowling Federation is operated by BowlersMart LLC, a Florida limited liability company, at 14910 Edward R Noll Dr, Spring Hill, FL 34609. We are the controller of the information described here.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Account details: name, email address, and a password if you create an account.
• Order details: billing and delivery address, contact number, and what you bought.
• League details: franchise name, region, roster names, nicknames, jersey numbers, sizes and jersey options.
• Uploads: roster spreadsheets, team logos and design references you send with an order.
• Messages: anything you email or tell us.

Information collected automatically

• Standard server and analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device.
• Cookies that keep your cart and login working, and analytics cookies that tell us which pages are used.

Payment details

Card details are entered with our payment providers and processed by them. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last digits of a card, not the full number.

Why we use it

• To register your membership and place you or your franchise in a conference.
• To produce and deliver jerseys and other goods, including sending roster and design information to the people who make them.
• To take payment and keep records of it.
• To run the league: schedules, standings, eligibility and communication about your season.
• To answer you when you get in touch.
• To keep the site working and free of spam and fraud.

What is public

This is a league rather than a shop, and some information is published as part of running it. Team pages can show member names, nicknames and jersey numbers. Standings and results identify franchises. Team designs and logos appear publicly. If you would prefer not to appear on a public page, tell your franchise owner or contact us and we will take you off it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties who need it to deliver what you bought or to run the site:

• Payment providers, to process your payment.
• Manufacturing and fulfilment partners, to produce and pack your order.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver it.
• Site, hosting and analytics providers who operate this website for us.
• Anyone we are legally required to give it to.

Your USBC membership is your own. You maintain it directly with USBC, and we do not manage it for you.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and tax. League records such as rosters and results are kept as league history. Account information is kept while your account is open. Ask us to close an account and we will, subject to records we must keep.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
• Ask to be removed from a public team page or from marketing email.

Cookies

Some cookies are required for the cart, checkout and login to work at all. Others measure how the site is used. Your browser can block or clear cookies, but blocking the required ones will stop checkout working.

Children

This site is not intended for children to use on their own. Youth bowlers are registered by a parent, guardian or franchise owner, who is responsible for the information they submit.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection and payments are handled by established providers. No system is perfect, so please use a strong password and tell us if you think your account has been misused.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
