Membership dues and franchise fees

Dues and franchise fees buy a place in a season and trigger work straight away: your franchise is entered into a conference, and your jerseys go into design.

They can be refunded up until your jerseys enter production or the season opens, whichever happens first. After that point they are not refundable, because the season has been planned and the goods have been committed.

If your circumstances change mid-season, talk to us. Moving a membership to another bowler on the same franchise is usually easier than a refund, and we would rather keep the seat filled.

Jerseys, hoodies and other made-to-order goods

These are produced to a design your team approves, in the size and options you choose, and they are not made until you approve them. That means they are not returnable for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or a design you approved and later regret.

Check the virtuals carefully before you approve. That review is the point at which mistakes are cheap.

If something is actually wrong

We will replace or repair an item that:

• arrives with a manufacturing defect,
• differs from the virtual you approved, or
• is not what you ordered.

Tell us within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the problem. We will sort it out at no cost to you. Do not send anything back before contacting us, because we will tell you whether we need it returned.

Banners

Banners carry your logo, your design and your sponsors, so they are made to order and follow the same rule: replaced if defective or wrong, not returnable for change of mind.

Tour stops and events

Tour stop entry and monthly team fees are collected and handled by your conference, not through this site. If an event is cancelled or moved, your conference decides what happens to entry fees. Contact your conference first.
