1. Who you are dealing with

The Bowling Federation is operated by BowlersMart LLC, a Florida limited liability company. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean BowlersMart LLC, and "you" means the member or franchise owner using this site.

2. Who can join

Membership is open to men and women who are current members of the United States Bowling Congress and in good standing. You are responsible for keeping your own USBC membership current. A bowler suspended by USBC is not eligible to participate.

You do not need a qualifying average to join, and that is deliberate. You are asked for your average because it determines whether you bowl as a scratch bowler or a handicap bowler, and, if you bowl handicap, how much handicap you receive. A bowler whose average is at or above the basis receives none and bowls scratch. Your conference by-laws set the basis, the percentage and how an entering average is established, and they are the authority on all of it.

3. Franchises, rosters and dues

A franchise is a team. A franchise owner starts one by naming the team, gathering a founding roster, choosing a conference and paying the franchise fee. Individual bowlers join a franchise that already has a roster spot. Membership runs by the year and is kept current by renewal.

The person paying is responsible for the accuracy of what they submit, including team name, region, roster names and jersey details.

4. What the fees cover

A franchise fee covers the founding roster's team jerseys and their first year of Federation membership, and places the franchise in a regional conference.

It does not cover tour stop entry, monthly team dues, or additional jerseys beyond the founding roster. Those amounts are set by your conference and are published in your region's by-laws, which are the authority. Read them before you commit a roster.

5. Jersey design and production

Jerseys are made to order from a design your team approves. The process is:

• You submit design direction, roster details and any logos when you check out.
• You receive 3 virtuals of the design to review.
• After the third revision, additional virtuals are $65 each.
• Once you approve the design, allow 4 to 6 weeks for production.

Approval matters. Review the virtuals carefully with your team, because production follows your approval and changes after that point are a new order.

6. Artwork and logos you send us

When you upload a logo or name a design reference, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that you are allowing us to reproduce it on your team's goods. Do not send artwork you do not have permission to use. We may decline artwork we believe infringes someone else's rights, and we may decline artwork we consider offensive.

7. Roster information is partly public

This is a league, so some member information is published as a matter of course: team pages can list member names, nicknames and jersey numbers, and standings identify franchises and results. If you would rather not appear, tell your franchise owner or contact us.

8. Conduct, rules and the by-laws

Play is governed by your conference rules and by-laws, and anything they do not cover is governed by USBC playing rules. Where these terms and the by-laws disagree about how competition is run, the by-laws govern competition and these terms govern your use of this site and your purchases.

We may suspend or end a membership for conduct that damages the league or its members, and for non-payment.

9. Seasons, schedules and changes

Tour stop dates, host centres and formats are set by each conference and can change. Any date shown on this site that is not confirmed is marked as such. Always confirm with your conference before travelling.

10. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. You agree to pay the amounts shown at checkout, including any options you select.

11. Refunds

Refunds are covered in our Refunds and Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. The site itself

Site content, the Federation name and the league marks belong to us or our licensors. Team designs and team logos remain the property of whoever owns them. You may not copy the site or resell access to it.

13. Disclaimers and limits

Bowling is a physical activity and you take part at your own risk. The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to your membership or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

Nothing here limits a right you have that cannot legally be limited.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Hernando County, Florida are the venue for any dispute.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site or your membership after a change means you accept the updated terms.
